Refund Policy

Refund requests for registrations to the Culture of Science Conference 2026 will be processed according to the following guidelines.

1. Cancellations by Participants

• Full refund: cancellations made 30 days or more before the event.
• 50% refund: cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the event.
• No refund: cancellations made within 14 days of the event.

2. Event Cancellation by the Organisers

• In the event of cancellation by the organisers, a full refund will be issued to registered participants.

3. Refund Process

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing with the subject line “Refund Request CoS 2026”.
• Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the request.

4. Incomplete Participation

• No refunds will be issued for participants who register but do not attend the event.

5. Payment Disputes

• Any payment disputes or chargebacks initiated by the participant will result in immediate cancellation of event access without a refund.
