Stephen is a dedicated project management specialist with over 7 years of experience in Adolescent and Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (ASRHR) across Kenya’s coastal region. He has led and coordinated projects funded by the EU, BMZ, DSW, Hewlett Foundation, African Women’s Development Fund, and others, focusing on demand generation for gender and reproductive health services.

While at DSW, Stephen supported service delivery, community engagement, and advocacy, contributing to increased uptake of family planning services and the development of youth and gender policies in Kilifi and Kwale. He also provided technical expertise for gender-responsive and adolescent-focused budgeting across Mombasa, Kilifi, and Kwale counties.

Stephen brings strong skills in project planning, donor proposal development, M&E, and results-based reporting. He is a principled, consultative, and results-driven professional committed to empowering young people and advancing Health Research Development and Innovation
